- The M3U URL or IPTV link does not work
- The server is not accessible on your device
- There is a technical problem preventing you from using the service
- The IPTV player included in our service is not working properly
- You contact us within the 72-hour window after payment confirmation
3. No Refund Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- More than 3 days have passed since your purchase
- Misuse of the IPTV service
- The problem is caused by your own network or device
- You changed your mind after the subscription has been activated
