2. Service Description

Edge TV provides an IPTV subscription service giving access to:

• 20,000+ live TV channels
• 150,000+ movies and series on demand
• SD, HD, FHD and 4K streaming quality
• TV EPG (Electronic Program Guide)
• 24/7 customer support

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account & Access

• One subscription is valid for use on one device at a time
• You may install credentials on multiple devices, but simultaneous streaming is limited to one active connection
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials to any third party

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Edge TV strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to our service
• Use our service to broadcast or publicly display content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate any part of our service
• Use our service in any way that violates applicable laws in your country

6. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in USD on our website
• Payment is collected at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — manual renewal required
• We accept: PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Cryptocurrency

7. Subscription Activation

Your credentials will be delivered within 2 minutes to 24 hours after payment confirmation. Contact support if you have not received them after 24 hours.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. A full refund is available within 72 hours of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Occasional maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for temporary service disruptions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content streamed through Edge TV is provided by third-party sources. Edge TV does not claim ownership of any streamed content. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edge TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
